Bruner Land

The Bruner Land is 37 acres in two separate parcels off Old Dunstable and Rocky Hill Roads, given by Dr. John Bruner in 2008. These wooded parcels, one of which contains an old stone quarry, are nestled in surrounding conservation areas. The parcel contains woodlands, vernal pools and substantial wetlands. It is adjacent to several other conservation parcels and part of an extensive undeveloped complex of land in north Groton and Dunstable. The property does not have developed trails but it is accessible to non-motorized use and contributes to the scenic resources of the larger property complex. The property contains several bedrock outcrops and considerable relief. Access is most easiest from the Mason Back 100 property.
