60 acres of scattered parcels and roads, mostly east of Lost Lake, including land along Martins Pond Brook, Lost Lake, and Knops Pond. Primarily a gift of John and Virginia Taplin in 1975 and 1988, this area includes additional small lots donated by various individuals or purchased from the Town of Groton.
