This year the Groton Conservation Trust celebrated 60 years of land stewardship. As we bring the year to a close, we’d like to thank everyone who joined us as a member to carry out our important mission of conservation, education and recreation.
If you haven’t already, we ask you to donate to our annual appeal. Your generous financial contribution goes directly to land protection, stewardship, and community programming. You can make your gift online at our secure donation website.
This year we welcomed over 1,000 people to our many free programs, updated the Hayes Woods guided trail, continued our work on the picnic area and flower fields at the Bates Land, and made significant improvements on our conservation land and trails across town.
Here is a look back at our 60th year.
